Come meet Jack, and all of his friends
Fighting for humanity, until the very end
Whatever the cost, he will take control
Making sacrifices, and paying the toll
His organization, an idealistic idea
One step ahead, the Illusive Man is there

Once you pass away, I will weep for you
But it is for me, if you ask the truth
Taking consolidation, in that which I believe
Helping me to overcome, helping me to grieve
There exists more, between heaven and earth
You are in a better place, not rotting in the dirt

I have lived a lifetime, with evil I have dined
I have sworn to be good, all darkness left behind
I have felt the touch of love, and had it torn from me
I have received promises, that one day it would be
I have waited centuries, for my love to return
I have been let down again, and missed another turn
